Die Nachricht �ber den Prototyp eines v�llig neuartigen Desktop-Systems verbreitet sich wie ein Lauffeuer: BumpTop. Das verwundert auch nicht wirklich, denn so etwas hat die Welt in Sachen Oberfl�che noch nicht gesehen!

BumpTop ist einem Schreibtisch der realen Welt nachempfunden, auf dem doch allzu oft das Chaos herrscht, das mit kreativen Mitteln bek�mpft werden will. Auf diesem virtuellen Schreibtisch kann man ebenso Dokumente zu den gewohnten Stapeln aufh�ufen oder das ein oder andere St�ck mit einer Handbewegung elegant davonfegen.

Sich das Einf�hrungsvideo bei YouTube anzusehen, macht nicht nur Spass, sondern l�sst darauf hoffen, dass der Prototyp irgendwann den Weg in ein Produkt finden wird. Auf der Homepage des Projekts steht dazu unter "Future Plans" zu lesen:
